Sales Manager CT

Nesco Resource has partnered with a leading manufacturer of high-tech glass to metal seal components for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team This is a family-owned and operated company that's been in business for 60 years with no competition in a 200-mile radius
On a Typical Day You May Be:
- Work with existing customers to drive revenue
- Work with sales team in search for new customers
- Work with production for scheduling and on time shipments
- Work with engineering department on existing as well as new work.
- Involved in Production meetings with President & Vice President
- Manage a team of (2) sales engineers and new quotations.
- Manage customer visits.
Here's What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
- BS Business/Marketing
- 5 years' experience in Manufacturing
- Able to read and understand detailed mechanical drawings
