They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their fundraising department on a consulting basis, starting immediately. This role will focus on financial analysis and reporting to strengthen fundraising initiatives and ensure effective resource allocation.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the fundraising team to develop and analyze financial projections, budgets, and funding allocations.
- Track and report on fundraising revenue, grant budgets, and expenditures.
- Prepare detailed financial reports to inform fundraising strategies and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with funder requirements and assist with audit preparation.
- Utilize FUND-EZ and ADP to generate financial reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Requirements:
- Experience with FUND-EZ software is required.
- Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and budget management.
- Proficiency in ADP and Excel.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on supporting non-profit fundraising initiatives.
