Senior Accountant

They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their fundraising department on a consulting basis, starting immediately. This role will focus on financial analysis and reporting to strengthen fundraising initiatives and ensure effective resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the fundraising team to develop and analyze financial projections, budgets, and funding allocations.
• Track and report on fundraising revenue, grant budgets, and expenditures.
• Prepare detailed financial reports to inform fundraising strategies and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with funder requirements and assist with audit preparation.
• Utilize FUND-EZ and ADP to generate financial reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Requirements:

• Experience with FUND-EZ software is required.
• Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and budget management.
• Proficiency in ADP and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on supporting non-profit fundraising initiatives.
