A prominent Colorado law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join their banking team. Ideal candidates will have experience with bankruptcy, lending, workouts, and banking regulations. The firm offers excellent compensation, benefits, and bonuses.

Bankruptcy Attorney Qualifications


  • JD and licensed in Colorado
  • 5 years of experience handling Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
  • Strong knowledge of bankruptcy laws and creditor/debtor rights.
  • Excellent research, negotiation, and litigation skills.
  • Outstanding client communication and case management abilities.

Bankruptcy Attorney Responsibilities


  • Represent individuals and businesses in bankruptcy proceedings, including filings and court appearances.
  • Provide counsel on debt restructuring, asset protection, and insolvency issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized strategies for financial recovery.
  • Draft and review bankruptcy-related documentation, including petitions, motions, and agreements.
  • Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in bankruptcy law and regulations to ensure compliance and advocacy excellence.
