Litigation Associate Attorney

This role is ideal for a passionate legal professional who is eager to handle Commercial litigation including construction defect, business divorce, R.E., and bankruptcy.

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities


  • Manage a caseload of commercial cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with clients, medical experts, and other professionals to build strong cases.
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.

    Litigation Attorney Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar in CO
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong litigation in experience in other categories will be considered.
  • Proficiency with legal technology and case management software.
