Job Description: Are you detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving? We are seeking a Purchasing Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity in purchase order execution, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery schedules. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with others, we want to hear from you
Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate entry and execution of purchase orders
  • Manage vendor relationships within the Epicor system
  • Coordinate and meet scheduling demands
  • Review and maintain purchase orders
  • Monitor and manage supplier delivery schedules
  • Maintain part data integrity
  • Resolve discrepancies with shipments and invoices
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable with adapting to change and multitasking
  • Proficient in computer skills and data entry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with Epicor ERP software is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues promptly
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
