This apprenticeship program is designed to support recent graduate nurses as they develop proficiency in both their new role and our organization’s culture.
Through a blended learning experience that combines online modules with preceptor/mentor support, this program bridges the gap between academic preparation and practices to boost clinical confidence in our new nurses.

Professional development and growth opportunitiesQualifications and requirementsGraduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.
