Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary:BMW of South Atlanta is looking for Automotive Sales Associates. We treat each customer's needs with concern and have a loyal customer base. We are only looking for experienced dealer level applicants. 2-5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience required. Luxury automotive sales background preferred. The pay plan is the best in the metro for motivated individuals. 5-day work week, we are closed on Sundays.BMW of South Atlanta has achieved tremendous growth over the past few years. If you are ready to make a positive change in your life and you want to be considered for this exciting position, then apply immediately All applications will be kept confidential.Responsibilities:Sale Associates take the customers through a thorough buying process supported by established selling steps, policies and proceduresDevelop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle featuresDemonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom and via test driveProvide new vehicle to customer through established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperworkMaintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long-term clientele.Develop a prospecting system making calls, sending emails and videos to potential customers to set appointments to perspective clients.Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.Qualifications:Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredTwo-to-four-year college degree preferred2-5 years automotive sales and customer service experience requiredLuxury automotive sales background preferredKnowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operationsPhenomenal communication skills, organization and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environmentStrong verbal and communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license required and clean driving recordProfessional appearance and work ethic#SAG-S
