- Oversee recruitment and onboarding.

- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance.
