NYS Occupational Therapist (OTR L) licensed provider – COTAS are welcomed to apply
Location: North Salem
Part-Time, Fee for Service
Hours: 18 hours per week spread across 3 to 5 days
Fee for Service Compensation: $79-$87 hour service

Responsibilities:
Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
Bilingual is a plus
