About the Role

Requirements
  • BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience or clinical rotation in department-specific area is required.
  • Holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire is required.
