By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or modifications to existing ones.Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.Monitor key process performance indicators, analyze data, and report on trends and deviations to drive improvements.Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, production, maintenance) to ensure seamless process integration and operational success.Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.Proven ability to apply process optimization techniques, root cause analysis, and statistical process control (SPC).Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.Bonus QualificationsLean Six Sigma Black Belt CertificationProficiency with advanced simulation software (e.g., Aspen Hysys, Arena)Experience with automation design and implementation (e.g., robotics, advanced control systems)Fluency in a second language relevant to the operational regionJob Titles That Should ApplyProcess Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, Process Optimization Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Manufacturing Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer, Process Development Engineer, Operations EngineerWhy Pivot GroupThe Pivot Group was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
