We are collaborating with leading companies in Delta Township seeking experienced Quality Engineers to drive results.The OpportunityWe are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Delta Township that are seeking skilled Quality Engineers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. By joining our network, you position yourself for opportunities aligned with your career goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, work instructions, and quality records.Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, 8D).Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.Bonus QualificationsLean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification.Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).Experience with MES/ERP systems and their integration with quality processes.Programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis or automation.Demonstrated experience in supplier quality development and management.Job Titles That Should ApplyQuality Engineer, QA Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Software Quality Engineer, SQA Engineer, Test Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, Manufacturing Quality Engineer, Product Quality Engineer, Reliability EngineerWhy Pivot GroupThe Pivot Group was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
