If you want to join a company invested in you, your success and the global community - join us as a Senior Transportation Roadway Project Manager based out of San Francisco, Sacramento, Oakland, Redding or San Jose. As a vital member of our Northern California team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects where we’ll depend on your expertise, intuition, and leadership with planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects. You’ll grow professionally with us because we’ll rise together on impactful projects with a high degree of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design and construction services. Here's what you'll need
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of California or ability to obtain within one yearDemonstrated experience working on successful projects with public agenciesAt least 20 years of project management experience managing the complex nature of transportation, roadway, highway and or transit projects and/or programs in various stages of completeness.Ability to demonstrate project leadership experience Working knowledge of federal and state design guidelinesAt least 10 years experience leading and assisting with business development and growth strategy developmentStrong networks and relationships in the transportation market in various Northern California geographies
Posted Salary Range: Minimum

161,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

304,300.00

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.The base salary range for this position is $161,000.00 to $304,300.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
