We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCBA to join our clients team in Glendale, AZ This role offers a unique blend of clinical leadership, direct practice, and unparalleled work-life balance through our industry-leading benefits package.**NEW CENTER OPENING** MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE**Compensation & BenefitsReliatus is dedicated to the well-being and professional growth of our BCBAs, offering a highly competitive package:Salary Range Competitive and commensurate with experiencePaid Time Off (PTO) Unlimited PTO (Take the time you need to recharge and maintain clinical excellence)Health Insurance Low-cost, high-quality medical, dental, and vision insurance options.One Remote Work Day Per WeekProfessional Support CEU allowance, malpractice insurance, and professional development support.Key ResponsibilitiesBehavioral Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VBMAPP, ABLLS-R) to identify the function of behaviors and current skill levels.Program Development: Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP/BIP) using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.Supervision and Training: Provide direct, ongoing clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other line staff to ensure the consistent and ethical delivery of treatment.Caregiver Collaboration: Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions to promote generalization of skills and ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies across all relevant environments (clinic, home, community).Data Analysis & Modification: Continuously collect, graph, and analyze behavioral and skill acquisition data to monitor client progress and make data-based decisions regarding treatment plan modification.Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress reports, session notes, and supervision notes, is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner according to ethical, clinical, and funding requirements.Team Collaboration: Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings (with clinical psychologists, speech therapists, etc.) to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.Qualifications RequiredCertification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Licensure: Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona State Behavior Analyst License (LBA).Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Experience: Demonstrated experience developing and supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication abilities.How to ApplyReady to make a meaningful difference as a leader in ABA?Please submit your Resume to: steve@reliatus.com or apply here on this job posting page.Reliatus Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
