Key Responsibilities:
- General Ledger Management: Maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy in property-level transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, variance reports, and supporting schedules for assigned properties.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and maintain oversight of accounts payable and receivable.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with property budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support the financial performance of the portfolio.
- Lease Administration: Process tenant billings, reconcile CAM charges, and manage lease compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of property accounting experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Accounting Software: Experience with real estate accounting systems (Yardi, MRI, or similar) preferred
- Attention to Detail & Strong Analytical Skills
