Project Coordinator Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations across all project phases. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members. The Project Coordinator will help streamline project workflows, track progress, and assist in maintaining budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales team in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
  • Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure resources, materials, and equipment are available as needed.
  • Monitor project budgets, process invoices, and track expenditures to ensure projects stay within financial targets.
  • Prepare and organize project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Facilitate team meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items to keep the project on track.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications for Project Coordinator:

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (experience in HubSpot is a plus).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
