We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the bustling city of Memphis, Tennessee. The focus of this role is on a Billing Specialist, who will be a crucial member of our team in the industry. Your role will primarily involve handling client billing processes and maintaining proficient organization of files.


Responsibilities:


• Accurate and efficient processing of client billing information.

• Manage and organize files effectively.

• Ensure prompt and detail-oriented email correspondence with clients.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and other related tasks.

• Monitor client accounts and take necessary actions as needed.

• Resolve client inquiries related to billing in a timely manner.


MUST HAVE Ajera Project Accounting software.

• Proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for details and accuracy.

• Experience in email correspondence, demonstrating excellent written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced functions and formulas.

• Ability to organize files effectively, ensuring easy retrieval and access.
