We are in search of a Receptionist for our client in Gretna, Louisiana. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling various clerical duties and ensuring a smooth running of our front office operations. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming phone calls

• Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and tenants, ensuring they have a positive experience

• Receive and sort daily mail and tenant checks, ensuring they are accurately recorded and distributed

• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly

• Perform various administrative duties as required, including record keeping and filing

• Proficiency in performing receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing appointments

• Experience in handling clerical duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures

• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

• High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to work both independently and within a team
