Job Summary:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to provide 1:1 support for students in the Amherst, NH area throughout the educational day. The ideal candidate will oversee two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and their programming while utilizing ACE for behavior data tracking. We are looking for professionals who are eager to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and are committed to enhancing the educational experiences of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans and support IEP goals.
  • Supervise and guide two RBTs in delivering effective behavioral interventions.
  • Utilize ACE for accurate behavior data tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and manage student weekly schedules and coordinate with educational staff, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers (OT, SLP, etc.).
  • Establish partnerships with local community locations for vocational and leisure experiences for students.
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized behavior plans tailored to student needs.
  • Maintain strong case management practices, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Experience with IEP development and implementation.
  • Proven ability to read, interpret, and apply behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong case management experience, including scheduling and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Preference for candidates with nonviolent physical crisis intervention training (CPI, CALM, Safety Care, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
