Job Description:Soliant is now searching for a dedicated and experienced school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district near Williams, New Jersey. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support students across all grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior analysis services and develop behavior intervention plans for students.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students behavioral and educational needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies.
Position Details:
- Full-time position.
- Serve a diverse K-12th grade caseload.
- Regular school-based behavior analyst duties, including assessments, intervention planning, and staff training.
- petitive hourly rate of $44-$51, depending on experience (DOE).
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal abilities.
