Job Description

We are seeking a Machine Operator for our 2nd shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM) with training on 1st shift for the first 2 months (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM). This position offers $20 per hour and requires flexibility, including potential overtime on weekdays and Saturdays. Our company manufactures diamond blades and core bits for various industries, including construction and mining. The role involves diverse tasks such as dressing, packaging, painting, grinding, CET printing, and stamping. The ideal candidate should be a team player and adaptable to different production roles and locations.

Hard Skills
  • Machine Operator experience (minimum 1 year)

  • Willingness to be trained in laser welding, radius grinding, material picking, laser stamping, and open arbor tasks

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Irvine, California.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a warehouse setting with 120 employees across 1st and 2nd shifts. PPE such as steel-toed shoes and safety glasses is mandatory. The conditions can be erratic with temperature variations (hot in summer, cold in winter), and exposure to noise, dust, and other particles. The role involves operating large machinery and frequently lifting up to 35 lbs, as well as standing or sitting for extended periods and repetitive bending, reaching, and climbing.
