Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the medical industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic financial insights that will drive decision-making and contribute to our company's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes, ensuring accurate and timely data is available for strategic decision-making processes.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities to support business growth and profitability.
  • Manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support specific business needs and initiatives, providing detailed insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with business leaders across the organization to develop financial strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze budget variances on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, identifying key drivers and providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, and forecasting, preferably within the medical industry.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to develop complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Proficient in FP&A, ad hoc analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial software and database systems.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of financial trends and strategies within the medical industry.
