salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Your Impact:

  • Take up to 80 inbound calls daily, providing accurate information and placing orders efficiently
  • Build trust and long-lasting relationships with our customers through open communication
  • Troubleshoot basic product issues and resolve complaints swiftly
  • Document customer interactions and update accounts to ensure seamless service

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and phone handling experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
