Bookkeeper

We are seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Office Administrator for a Jacksonville-based client. The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience and office managerial responsibilities with a professional services firm.
Responsibilities will include:
Employee Relations & Payroll: Manage employee records, PTO requests, benefits, and 401(k); process payroll for full-time employees; reconcile payroll journal entries with bank statements.
Billing & Invoicing: Oversee project billing in QuickBooks Online, track past-due payments, process vendor/consultant invoices, and handle company bill payments and bank deposits.
Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, including checking, credit cards, and petty cash, ensuring accurate financial records.
Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, incoming calls, mail handling, and coordinate with maintenance vendors; assist with travel arrangements and licensing renewals.
Reporting & Coordination: Prepare weekly financial summaries for the President, oversee project setups in Wrike and QBO, and maintain financial folders.
Office Systems Management: Oversee office phone, alarm, and software subscription systems; maintain kitchen and conference room stock; support CPA requests and company compliance.
Requirements:
7+ years experience with full-charge bookkeeping responsibilities and office management
Must be proficient with QBO, MS Office Suite including MS Outlook
Prior experience with Project Management Software a plus
Must be able to work onsite, Monday - Friday
