Family Law Attorney

Our client, a leading general practice, Rocky Mountain Law Firm, is seeking a 3 plus years family law attorney to join their dynamic and busy family law practice in Boulder. We are seeking an experienced attorney with excellent courtroom skills and experience to join the firm's thriving family law team. Essential qualities include excellent writing, advocacy skills, research, communication skills, financial sophistication, and compassionate representation of clients in complex family law matters. A merger of existing small firm practice or solo practitioner will be considered. The firm offers a very competitive salary, bonus, and excellent benefits. • Must possess a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Must be a member in good standing of the Bar Association in the state of practice
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in practicing law
• Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat and Document Management software
• Experience in using Case Management Software and Conveyancer is highly desirable
• Must have a strong background in briefing, civil litigation, and complaint handling
• Familiarity with Family Law and Child Protective Services is essential
• Experience in conducting financial audits and complex financial analysis
• Proficiency in using DivorceMate software is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong client management skills are essential.
