Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Chaplin, Coon Rapids, and Ramsey, MN (Travel required between 2 schools)

Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide behavior analysis services at two schools located in Chaplin, Coon Rapids, and Ramsey, MN. The ideal candidate will have a BCBA certification, a strong background in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and a mitment to improving student outes through evidence-based practices. This role involves traveling between schools to deliver high-quality behavioral support and collaborate with educational staff, parents, and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each student's needs.
Provide direct behavioral therapy and support to students to improve social, munication, and adaptive skills.
Monitor and analyze data on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outes.
Train and support school staff and parents in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies and best practices.
Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
Masters degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and/or other developmental disorders is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and munication skills.
Ability to travel between two schools in Chaplin, Coon Rapids, and Ramsey, MN.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis, as well as experience with behavior management techniques.
