Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Allina Health. As a Supervising Psychologist, you will play a key role in our Doctoral Psychology Training Program, supervising practicum students, interns, and postdoctoral fellows. You will also be a key member of our Doctoral Psychology Training Committee.

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy as identified in treatment plans.
• Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with primary care providers to manage behavioral health needs of patients.
• Communicate with attending, supervising, or referring providers about assessment and recommendations.
• Meet requirements of third-party payers.
• Coordinate treatment with other providers and community agencies.
• Reassess patient needs and progress per department policy/procedure.

• Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling required.
• 2+ years patient treatment in clinical setting preferred.
• Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire.
• BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 days.
• Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 days required.
