Description:

  • Answer calls from patients regarding their home medical equipment orders
  • Insurance verification
  • Data entry of call information
  • Review daily order logs
  • Verify patient information, prescription details, and shipping information for validity
  • Cross reference data between internal and external systems
  • Open reports in Excel, sort and filter data

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience providing customer service over the phone
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance verification preferred
  • 2+ months of experience performing data entry
  • Ability to use Excel to: open spreadsheets, sort data
  • Use multiple screens and programs at once (most use 3 screens and have 4-6 programs running simultaneously)
