Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: 1305 W 23rd St, Tempe, AZ 85282
Hybrid Model: 1 week in office, next week out of office
Duration: 6-month contract likely to extend based on performance.

Scope of work:
The team receives reports of suspected financial abuse of an elder. An employee completes a form, the description of the incident (who what where why) reaches this teams queue. The team determines what makes sense as far as what happens and pairing it to what the state requires. The team handles state requirements based on the state matrix. This team determines if this needs to be reported to the state for example.

Job Description:
-A case will come into a self-managed que, these resources are asked to review the situation being reported
-Attention to details, ability to proofread, ability to work independently in a queue
-A small component is phone work, taking inbound calls and outbound calls to external customers
-Outbound calls are to states agencies, some states require verbal statements.
-Inbound calls may be for additional information from those state agencies
-This team does not do investigating, the actions are simply based on state requirements, which is the sole responsibility. It is not heavily detailed in terms of investigations. This team just reports the suspected situation.
-Call volume is 10-20 calls a day
-25-40 reports a day
-Everything the team uses and does can be trained, there is a learning curve, but they don't need to come in with direct experience in state requirement reviews

Candidate Qualifications:
Background in Customer Service, Legal Operations, Social Services, or Case Review. Services or Case Review.
Navigating and general internet-based computer use.
Ability to read and comprehend what you are reading, there will be a need to edit for external parties.
