Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description: Soliant is excited to announce an opening for a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). As an SLP with Soliant, you will work with individuals of all ages to diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Your role will involve collaborating with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that help clients achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy sessions using a range of techniques and tools.
  • Maintain detailed records of client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on speech and language goals.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus.
