We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Tuskegg,Alabama. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), monitoring student progress, and assisting in the creation and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Your expertise will contribute to positive outes for students with diverse behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support RBTs in providing high-quality behavioral services.
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective BIPs and FBAs.
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and appropriate interventions.
- Ensure pliance with ethical standards and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must have active BCBA certification.
- Proven experience in supervising RBTs.
- Strong skills in developing and implementing BIPs and FBAs.
- Excellent munication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work with students with diverse needs.
