The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist to join our Mental Health Team at the Central Alabama VA Medical Center - Tuskegee. As a board certified/board eligible Psychiatrist, you will function as an independent care provider in the management of patients with behavioral health problems. Your responsibilities will include carrying a caseload, providing consultation to Behavioral Health, Primary Care, and other clinical programs within the VA Healthcare system, community agencies, and other clinicians caring for our veterans.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage patients with behavioral health problems
  • Carry a caseload and provide consultation to Behavioral Health, Primary Care, and other clinical programs
  • Participate in Tele-psychiatry duties
