What You'll Be Doing:

  • Financial Transactions: Handle deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Promote Products: Educate clients on bank services, including loans, savings accounts, and other financial products.
  • Build Relationships: Understand each client's financial needs to offer personalized banking solutions.
  • Security Focus: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure and trustworthy environment.
  • Transaction Accuracy: Balance your cash drawer and process daily transactions with precision.

What We're Looking For:

  • Banking Experience: Previous banking or financial services experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person
  • Cash Handling Confidence: Comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions.
  • Customer Service Savvy: You excel in making clients feel valued and heard.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in processing transactions and maintaining client trust.
  • Strong Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with standard banking software or ability to learn quickly.
  • Team Player: Able to work independently and collaborate with colleagues when needed.
