Job DescriptionJob Description

Our client, a well-known and established manufacturing company, has an immediate need for an Accounting Clerk in Tulsa. Main duties include answering phones, transferring calls and daily invoicing of customers. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity, with attractive benefits once hired on full time.

Responsibilities:

*Answering phones is the primary duty

*Greeting guests as they arrive
* Invoice customers – Organizing job information received form the shipping department.

* Utilize the ERP system to find jobs ready to be invoiced

* Minor filing duties

Requirements:

* High School Diploma

* Good customer service skills, pleasant/friendly

 * Answering phones, invoicing, billing experience preferred

 * Good computer skills, excel, Windows 10



Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
