Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA)/ Project Manager or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience working in an Information Protection / Information Security/ Data Protection space
  • Previous experience in participating in large scale work efforts across multiple teams in a large organization
  • Must be comfortable speaking with senior leaders and has executive experience themselves
  • More functional rather than technical
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 

 

Day to Day:

The Senior IPS Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the strategic initiatives for all functional areas of the Information Protection & Security (IPS) department. 

This person will partner with the Director of Strategic Engagement and senior members of the Strategic Engagement team to develop operational strategies and will be directly responsible for development, oversight, and coordination of all phases of assigned IPS projects.  This person will lead the development and execution of short/long term operational projects with key stakeholders by coordinating the development of operational work efforts to support department needs, designing and developing business cases and other required project documentation, and leading the delivery of all project related deliverables and communications.
