Do you have previous Tax Preparation experience? Do you have Bookkeeping experience?  Well we have the job for you

We are seeking an individual who is motivated, driven, a multi-tasker, able to self-direct, used to meeting deadlines, good with numbers and willing to take initiative for a Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer position for an Accounting Firm. 

Location: Versailles KY

Shift:  Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Payrate: $20.00 - 22.00 p/hr based on experience.

What you will be doing:

Completing Tax preparationRecording financial transactionsProcess Accounts payable/receivableReconciling debits & creditMaintain up to date recordsAttention to detailOther administrative duties as assigned
What we need from you: Must be at least 18 years of age or overMust comply with client’s substance abuse & background policyMust have Associates Degree in AccountingMust have previous Tax Preparation experienceMust have 3-5 years’ experience in Bookkeeping/AccountingMust have experience with ExcelQuickBooks experience is a plusPayroll experience is a plus
