Compliance & Training Coordinator

The Compliance and Training Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of the Company's safety and other training programs in order to maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to enhance our company culture. This includes implementation and enforcement of company policies pertaining to the safety, health, and behavior of our company employees. The Compliance & Training Coordinator needs to ensure that employees are following optimized standards at the highest industry level.
Responsibilities
Provide support to all stores and ensure compliance to all safety regulations and collect all information required to prepare periodic reports and provide consultation to management in all compliance issues.
Coordinate with management to perform periodic audits on company procedures, processes, and implement all corrective plans.
Develops mechanisms and monitors training metrics to keep track of training and development goals related to compliance programs.
Oversee employee qualifications for organization and provide store support to and monitor effectiveness of all operating procedures.
Participate in company committees and assist in all regulations to resolve all training issues and attend all staff meetings as required.
Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis and consultation with Store Managers.
Work with Store Managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
Support HR department by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with store departments.
Ensuring complete, accurate and timely training information is reported to Management.
Develop training aids to give to employees to reinforce the messages from the training courses.
Develop training manuals and handbooks.
Provide opportunities for ongoing development in careers goals for employees.
Maintain comprehensive records of training for individuals or departments and provide reports to Managing Director.
Create dynamic interactions for training procedures that motivate and engage the employee.
Create and/or update trainings in Netchex system. Prepare training certificates made to employees.
Request, delivery and tracking of managers' uniforms, as needed.
Coordinate new recipe preparations, tasting and monitoring of approval with management (kitchens, pastry, etc.).
Able to create training videos that transmit company culture and proper training procedures.
Travel to stores for on-site training, as needed.
Perform incident investigations as needed.
Other duties or assignments as needed to ensure safety and training needs are met.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual a plus
Possess excellent customer service skills and has a passion to serve and train others
Being entrepreneurial and highly intuitive
Bachelor's Degree in HR- related field
