Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated RN Program Specialist to join our team at LCMC Health. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing programs to maintain accreditation and compliance with state and national standards.

Responsibilities and Requirements- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to program accreditation
- Collaborate with leadership to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate designated programs
- Manage patient tracking, abstracting, and data entry into necessary Registries
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on critical patient findings and quality improvement initiatives
The estimated salary for this position is $72,500 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
