Build your experience and make a difference, all whileearning market-leading pay ratesProCare Therapy is working with a school district in Jefferson, Massachusetts to hire a behavior technician or ABA therapist for the current 24-25 school year. This position is full time and will offer $23/hour.

What youll do:

  • Work onsite with students withbehavior support needs. ASD, ADHD, behavioral issues etc.
  • Implement functional behavior plans + collect student data.
  • Work 30-35 hours per week
  • Build rapport and trust with the childrenyou work with.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
  • Support other relevant staff to help students achieve their goals.

Application requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • ABA or behavior technician experience required
  • RBT cert preferred
  • Two references with one by a previous direct supervisor/manager.
  • Background check, drug screen + fingerprinting.
  • TB test within 60 days of start date(only applicable in certain states).

Youll stand out if you have:

  • Experience working in schools.
  • Spent time in special education settings.
  • Any SpEd-specific training or certifications.
