We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Gladstone, MO This full-time, onsite role offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a school setting, supporting students in developing essential communication skills and achieving their academic goals.

Position Details:

  • Location: Gladstone, MO
  • Type: Full-time, Onsite
  • Caseload: K-12 students, specific details to be discussed during the interview

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification
  • Missouri state licensure or ability to obtain prior to the start date
  • Experience in a school-based setting is a plus
