Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Kansas City, MO
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This full-time position involves working with children in a school setting, providing assessments, therapy, and intervention to support students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address communication needs.
- Provide therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Missouri SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school-based setting is a plus but not required.
