Machine Operator

Job Description

Come join our team as a Machine Operator, where you'll be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, monitoring batch processes, and ensuring product quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a permanent, on-site position with comprehensive training provided

Shift & Pay:

2nd Shift: 3:00PM – 11:30PM

$22-26 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

·       Set up and operate machinery

·       Prepare proper proportions for batches in a continuous process

·       Make necessary equipment adjustments

·       Interface with a computer system to monitor the batch process

·       Collect samples, record, and track the product produced

·       Work independently in an autonomous role

Requirements:

·      Minimum of 1 year experience in machine operation

·      Experience in production and batch processing

·      Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing environment

·      Skilled in using various computer programs and cameras

·      Comfortable handling and working with chemicals, including mixing and measuring

·      Strong ability to work independently

·      Proficient in interfacing with computer systems

Job Type

This is a direct placement, fully on-site position in Longmont, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00
