School Psychologist - Lansdowne, PA (19050)
Position: Full-time
Location: Lansdowne, PA
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in Lansdowne, PA, for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. This position is crucial in supporting the mental health, emotional well-being, and academic success of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop effective intervention strategies.
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students' emotional and psychological well-being.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to students and staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
