We are looking for a skilled Welder to custom weld conveyor systems using MIG Welding. The candidate will start with a blueprint, gather the necessary materials, tac weld the parts together, then MIG weld the parts. Following the MIG weld, the candidate will grind the welds to a smooth finish.
Responsibilities- Custom welding conveyor systems using Mig Welding.
- Starting with a blueprint to gather necessary materials.
- Tac welding parts together.
- Mig welding parts together.
- Grinding welds to a smooth finish.
- Proficiency in Mig Welding.
- Experience in fabricating.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- 2-5 years of recent experience in a job shop environment.
- Experience in a fabrication shop that manufactures material handling systems or equipment.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a fabrication shop that manufactures material handling systems, with a significant portion of the business focusing on airport conveyor systems. The shift hours are from 6:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 10:30am on Friday, with overtime as needed from 10:30am to 2:30pm on Friday and 6:30am to 12:00pm on Saturday.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00
