Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary plus bonus and benefits

Job Description:

We are searching for a dynamic and motivated Manager to lead our team at a popular brunch concept in Charleston, SC. With a focus on creating memorable dining experiences, our scratch kitchen offers a fresh and innovative take on classic brunch dishes, served with a Southern twist. As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service in a busy brunch environment.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and energetic work atmosphere.
  • Ensure all guests receive excellent service that reflects our commitment to hospitality and the local community of Charleston, SC.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to optimize restaurant operations while controlling costs.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain the quality and consistency of our scratch-made dishes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe dining experience.
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts to build the brand within the Charleston, SC community.
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare reports to help achieve sales targets and budget goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the demands of a brunch concept.
  • Knowledge of the Charleston, SC dining scene is a plus.
