The Partnership Specialist serves as the onsite liaison between our Clients and the Partners Personnel team to ensure your needs and expectations are met. As the frontline specialist, the PS partners with our customer’s supervisory and management team to address any workforce issues that affect your operation. This ensures that our mutual objectives of improved retention, good attendance and workplace satisfaction are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Recruiting/Retention
  • Payroll
  • Manufacturing floor walk throughs/safety observations
  • Working with supervision/plant manager to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments
  • Communicates to branch staff when job orders are in place and assists in recruiting. (sourcing, posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding and exit interviews)
  • Contacts clients to discuss job opportunities and assess client needs
  • Provides Associate Assignments and dispatch instructions to new Associates
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.

  • Must be 18 to apply
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft/Windows applications
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
