Job DescriptionJob Description**Position: Law Clerk – Workers’ Compensation (Hybrid)**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Law Clerk to support our Workers’ Compensation Attorneys and Managing Attorney. This hybrid role offers flexibility while involving drafting legal documents, managing case records, and providing client support.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Draft Right-to-Sue notices and complaints (approximately 20 per month).
- Assist with client consultations, document preparation, and case updates.
- Support litigation tasks, including court filings, discovery preparation, and settlement processes.
- Maintain compliance with deadlines and case protocols.

**Requirements:**
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Familiarity with workers’ compensation law.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

This position provides a collaborative work environment with the convenience of a hybrid schedule.
