LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant to join our client located in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience managing calendars, coordinating travel, and creating correspondence.

Type: Temp to Hire

Location: Nashville, TN

Compensation: $27-$34 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to Executive team including but not limited to calendar management, processing expense reports, and booking travel arrangements for several executives.

  • Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, events, and conferences including site selection, registration, catering needs, agendas, minutes, and contract negotiation.

  • Complete projects as assigned by Executives.

  • Prepares correspondence, memos, reports, etc., and processes as needed.

  • Serves as backup to other Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants.

  • Handles incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate leader or team member.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.




Pay Details: $27.00 to $34.00 per hour
