LHH is looking for an experienced Bilingual HR Generalist who is fluent in both English and Spanish to support our clients growing team. If you are passionate about people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to make an impact, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive HR support across multiple functions, including employee relations, performance management, benefits, and onboarding
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees, ensuring effective communication and understanding of policies and procedures
  • Assist with recruitment efforts including screening, interviewing, and new hire orientation
  • Administer benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and employees in both English and Spanish
  • Maintain and update HR records and ensure proper documentation
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Help develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with company goals
Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR generalist experience
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (federal, state, and local)
  • Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite


Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
